I don’t stock the flashlight bulb, but the phone number in the manual has a number for parts: 800-544-6986. The flashlight is the Vector Power on Board HID Spotlight SLH100P which is now marketed by Black and Decker, so I don’t know if this number is still good.

All the manual says about the bulb is that it’s:
