Has anyone else had problems with these? One beach towel set to wash on medium. Washing machine was set on level concrete and leveled. Before this video, this washer moved itself forward so far it pulled the water loose and unplugged itself from the electrical socket. Made quite the pool of water in the basement, causing hundreds of dollars of damages and water damaged personal belongings. Sigh. Hope we’ll get a new one and compensated for time and damages.

Dryer works great by the way!
