SATEC’s EM920 eXpertmeter is an advanced energy analyzer in a socket meter with precise measurement and expansion capabilities.
The EM920 eXpertmeter is an advanced energy meter that exceeds Class 0.2S class revenue billing requirement. It provides long term memory for load & trend profiles and includes advanced power quality analysis to detect and record waveform events and fault currents harmful to power systems.
The EM920′s unique Add-On modularity is the key to its remarkable versatility and unprecedented effort to add intelligence, control and communications to electrical metering. SATEC’s Add-On module concept allows you to configure the meter to your changing needs, thus saving valuable time in the field or future costly replacements. Technological advancements revitalize legacy applications to rapidly and cost-efficiently respond to changing market conditions.

They look similar, but do the dimensions fit together?
It depends on the thickness of the pins. The "small" Italian sockets have holes that are the same distance apart as the French/German standard but they’re quite narrow so you can’t fit a German "Schuko" plug into an Italian socket even though it looks like you should be able to. So if the French pins are like the German ones, no.
(You can however force them into the "universal" small/large Italian sockets to the detriment of the latter!)
On second thoughts: try plugging it into a bathroom shaver socket! They seem to be universal across Europe – even in the UK with its ridiculous plugs. If it fits a shaver socket, it’ll fit in Italy.
You can always buy a German-Italian adaptor in any Italian supermarket as a fallback.

I just tip over something with liquid in it and some got int a electrical socket. It smoked and sizzled for a while but is dying down with just a little bit sizzling coming and going. I have a fire extinguisher for electrical fires standing by. Should I be worried. I don’t use the socket so I don’t care if it never usable again.
yeah, but WHAT liquid? beer? you have to LICK THAT UP. that’s alcohol abuse.

I bought most of these from V-Leds.com, the only hard one is the main map lights. Stock they are Ba9s but some folks mentioned they are not bright enough so customized one of the 4×5 led arrays to fit in there.
